Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT)
KAREN CAMPUS was established in January 2006. It is located a few
kilometers from Nairobi city Centre at the former Makini School premises
next to Telkom Exchange (on Pala Close). It is set in a serene and
beautiful neighborhood with adequate lecture rooms, Laboratory
facilities and a capacity for over 4000 students.
The campus is about 30 Minutes drive from the City Center by private means or public service vehicles boarded at Ambassador plying route # 24 Karen-Hardy via Langata Road. One alights at Bogani Road Junction.
Currently the Campus does not have any accommodation facility, however there are private hostels strategically situated near the Campus where students make individual accommodation arrangements (More information on the private hostels is readily available from the office of the Student Counselor).
